We are currently working to overhaul the stipend request process to make it more efficient. Until then this page will serve as your guide and link to the forms you will need.
Stipends are used to pay for supplemental coaching staff for a sport. These positions are paid by the District and not directly from the Boosters. All stipend coaches must be preapproved by the school and athletics department. If they are not fully approved, they cannot coach or be paid by us.
The forms need to be to the District Office by the 20th of the month, and the coaches get paid on the 10th of the following month. Master boosters needs typically two weeks’ time to process a stipend so you should have them to us the first week or two of the month. Please submit a check request for the Stipend after you have received the signed paperwork back from the school. The stipend paper is the receipt.
The paper form MUST be signed by your club and a principal/vice-principal before it comes to Master Boosters for pay out to the district.
